Refund Policy
Updated October 19, 2026. Version 2026-10-19.1. Pay only for videos that finish. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Failed or declined videos
If a video fails, or a safety check declines your photo, typed choir or result, the video credit goes back to your balance automatically. This is a balance correction, not a cash refund.
Unused videos: 14 days
Email support@closedonsundayai.xyz within 14 days of purchase with your account email and order reference to refund the unused videos in that purchase. For a partly used pack, the refund is proportional at that pack’s per-video price. Please do not use those credits while the request is reviewed.
Finished videos
Finished videos are normally not refundable because the model cost has already been paid. If a result is clearly broken, email us with the date and we will review it. Preferring a different look does not entitle unlimited free retries.
Processing
Approved refunds are sent through Waffo Pancake to the original payment method; bank timing varies. A refund removes the unused credits of that order and may remove online access to videos paid by it. Downloaded files cannot be remotely deleted.
