Terms of Service
Updated October 19, 2026. Version 2026-10-19.1. These terms are an agreement between you and the operator of Closed on Sunday AI.
1. Operator and eligibility
Closed on Sunday AI is operated by Chen Wenjian, an individual operator in China. Contact: support@closedonsundayai.xyz. You must be 18 or older to use the service. By signing in or buying videos you accept these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy (/acceptable-use) and the Privacy Policy (/privacy-policy).
2. The service
You upload one photo of a person or pet, choose one of 12 preset choirs or describe your own, and receive a 14-second 16:9 MP4 (1344×768) in which that person or pet stands in the middle of a singing choir, with an original gospel choir soundtrack made for this site. The scene follows a faceless depth map of the closing shot of the 2019 "Closed on Sunday" music video. Videos are made by MiniMax H3 through fal.ai from a lead picture drawn by GPT Image 2 through APIMart. AI output varies: likeness, hands, mouths, small details and stillness of the lead are not guaranteed, and generation time varies.
3. Not affiliated; music
This is an independent fan tool. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Ye (Kanye West), Sunday Service, the makers of the music video, Def Jam, TikTok, CapCut or Higgsfield. Videos do not contain the original "Closed on Sunday" recording. If you add the original song when posting, you are responsible for using a platform’s licensed sound library or otherwise holding the necessary rights.
4. Your photos and permission
Upload only photos you have the right to use: yourself, an adult who agreed to be in this video, or your own pet. No public figures and no minors. You keep your rights in your photos and grant us the limited permission needed to store, process with the providers listed in the Privacy Policy, review and deliver your request. You are responsible for how you share the result.
5. Prices and video credits
Videos are sold as one-time USD packs: 1 video for $9.90, 3 videos for $24.90 and 10 videos for $69. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal. Each finished video uses 1 video credit; every choir option costs the same. Credits are personal, non-transferable, not cash and do not expire while the service operates. Taxes and the final total are shown at checkout.
One-time payment authorization
Each purchase authorizes only the one-time total shown at checkout. Waffo Pancake acts as Merchant of Record. Credits are delivered to your account after verified payment confirmation; a browser redirect is not proof of payment.
6. Failed and declined videos
Starting a video reserves 1 credit. If the video fails, or a safety check declines the photo, the typed choir or the result, the credit returns to your balance automatically. If a provider result is uncertain we reconcile it before returning the credit or starting again; we do not silently resubmit.
7. Refunds
You can request a refund of unused videos within 14 days of purchase by emailing support@closedonsundayai.xyz with your account email and order reference. Finished videos are not refundable because the model cost has been paid, but a clearly broken result (for example, the lead is not the person in your photo) can be reviewed. See /refund-policy.
8. Acceptable use and enforcement
You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. We may decline requests, remove content and suspend accounts that break it, and we cooperate with valid legal requests.
9. Output use
As between you and us, you may use your finished videos for personal and social posting, subject to third-party rights, platform rules and provider terms. AI outputs may be similar to other outputs and carry no copyright or trademark clearance guarantee.
10. Availability and liability
The service is provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
11. Law, changes and closure
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator in China, without removing mandatory protections where you live. We announce material changes at least 14 days ahead where practicable. If we close the service, unused paid videos are refunded proportionally. Contact: support@closedonsundayai.xyz.
